| These genuine pieces of Fossilized tree have been recovered as they have become exposed. A naturally occuring Garden Feature stone. Sometimes farmers preparing new fields come across the fossil stone and sometimes the fossil stone becomes exposed at the side of rivers. Of course they are now in a hostile environment and are going to be subject to natural erosion by the ravages of nature. At Indah Products we recover and prepare these beautiful, unique and exotic fossils for you to treasure. They are cleaned up to highlight the maximum of natural features. Then if appropriate we cut them flat at the bottom so that they will stand. Furthermore, they are selectively ground and lapped to expose their inner beauty. They are not at present habitually drilled for water features because this would spoil them for those who prefer them not to be drilled or want to use them in their natural state. A fabulous material to use in a japanese rock garden. This unique and exotic Petrified wood is a natural Garden decoration. By the very nature of this material every piece is a unique conversation piece.
